Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
Zirga Group LLC respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how Zirga Group LLC, including its Safe Harbor Family brand, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit our websites, request free materials, purchase digital products, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services.
In this Policy, "Zirga Group," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Zirga Group LLC and the brands it owns or operates, including Safe Harbor Family.
By using our websites or providing personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- your first name;
- your email address;
- information submitted through forms on our websites;
- information you provide when requesting a free guide or other resource;
- information associated with a product purchase;
- correspondence you send to customer support;
- transaction, receipt, invoice, or order reference information you provide when requesting assistance; and
- other information you choose to provide to us.
You are not required to provide optional information unless it is necessary for a particular service or transaction.
2. Purchase and Transaction Information
When you purchase a Safe Harbor Family product, we receive and retain information necessary to identify, fulfill, and support the transaction.
This may include:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the product purchased;
- purchase amount;
- currency;
- purchase date;
- payment processor;
- transaction, order, or payment identifiers;
- payment status;
- fulfillment status; and
- related transaction records.
Payments for Safe Harbor Family products are processed through Stripe Managed Payments.
For Managed Payments transactions, Sold through Link, LLC serves as merchant of record, and Stripe and Link collect and process payment and transaction information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We do not intentionally collect or store your complete credit or debit card number on Safe Harbor Family servers. Payment credentials are handled through Stripe and its payment infrastructure.
Stripe may provide us with customer, order, transaction, payment-status, and other information necessary to fulfill your purchase, maintain business records, and provide customer support.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit one of our websites, certain information may be collected automatically by our server, hosting provider, security systems, analytics services, or other technology providers.
This information may include:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- referring website or page;
- pages visited;
- date and time of access;
- general geographic information derived from an IP address;
- website interactions;
- cookie or similar identifiers; and
- other technical information about how visitors use our websites.
Some of this information may be contained in normal server logs even when analytics or advertising tools are not being used.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies.
These technologies may be used for purposes such as:
- operating the website;
- maintaining security;
- processing purchases;
- remembering preferences;
- measuring website traffic;
- understanding how visitors use our websites;
- determining which marketing efforts lead visitors to our websites;
- measuring advertising performance; and
- delivering or measuring advertising where permitted by law.
Some cookies or technologies may be placed by third-party providers rather than directly by Zirga Group LLC.
Your browser may allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies. Certain website functions may not operate properly if necessary cookies are disabled.
Where applicable law requires consent or an opportunity to opt out of particular tracking or advertising practices, we may provide additional controls or notices.
5. Analytics and Website Measurement
Safe Harbor Family uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic, page views, signups, checkout starts, and purchases when you accept analytics. Google Analytics does not load or send analytics data before you accept.
You can accept or decline analytics using our consent banner and change your choice through the Analytics Preferences link in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent browsing, signing up for emails, requesting a guide, purchasing products, or receiving delivery. We remember your choice in a first-party cookie for six months.
After you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar browser storage to help measure visits and interactions. We use browser storage to reduce duplicate conversion reporting. We do not send your name, email address, payment-card details, or private access tokens to Google Analytics. No advertising pixels, heatmaps, or session-recording tools are currently installed on Safe Harbor Family.
Analytics providers may process information such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device information;
- pages viewed;
- referring pages;
- time spent on pages;
- interactions with website elements;
- approximate location; and
- cookies or other device identifiers.
We may use this information to understand how our websites are being used, diagnose problems, improve website design and performance, evaluate marketing efforts, and improve our products and services.
6. Advertising and Marketing Technology
We may use advertising or marketing technologies in the future, including platforms such as Google Ads, Meta advertising services, or similar providers.
These services may use cookies, pixels, tags, device identifiers, or other technologies to:
- measure advertising performance;
- determine whether an advertisement resulted in a website visit or purchase;
- build advertising audiences;
- limit repeated advertising;
- understand advertising effectiveness; and
- display advertising that may be more relevant to users.
Information provided to these services may include technical, device, browsing, interaction, and conversion information.
We do not sell or rent customer or subscriber email lists or contact information to advertising companies or other unrelated third parties for their independent marketing use.
However, certain privacy laws may define some disclosures involving targeted advertising technologies as a "sale," "sharing," or similar activity even where no money is exchanged. If such laws apply to our activities, we will provide notices and opt-out rights as required.
7. How We Use Personal Information
We may use information we collect to:
- provide requested free guides and resources;
- process and fulfill purchases;
- deliver digital products;
- verify transactions;
- respond to customer questions;
- provide product and technical support;
- maintain purchase and fulfillment records;
- administer our websites;
- protect our websites and systems;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
- improve our products and services;
- understand website usage;
- measure marketing and advertising performance;
- comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations;
- enforce our Terms & Conditions;

8. Marketing Communications and Zirga Group Brands
When you affirmatively subscribe to marketing communications, Zirga Group LLC may use your contact information to send you:
- educational information;
- news and updates;
- product announcements;
- special offers;
- promotional materials;
- information relating to Safe Harbor Family; and
- information concerning other products, services, websites, or brands owned or operated by Zirga Group LLC.
These communications may relate to subjects or products that are different from the particular website, free resource, or product through which you originally subscribed.
Safe Harbor Family is a brand operated by Zirga Group LLC. Subscriber information may therefore be used within Zirga Group LLC for communications from Safe Harbor Family or other Zirga Group brands.
We do not sell or rent our subscriber contact lists to unrelated third parties.
Purchases Do Not Automatically Create Marketing Consent
Purchasing a product from us does not, by itself, automatically enroll you in marketing communications.
A purchaser who has not separately subscribed may still receive transactional or service-related communications necessary to:
- provide the purchased product;
- send receipts or transaction information;
- respond to support requests;
- provide information relating to the transaction; or
- address legal, security, or account-related matters.
If you previously subscribed to marketing communications, purchasing a product does not cancel that existing subscription.
9. Unsubscribing From Marketing
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in a marketing email or by contacting us.
After you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited record of your email address and opt-out preference so that we can honor your request.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or customer-service communications relating to a purchase or request you made.
10. How We Disclose Information

Stripe and Link
Information associated with purchases is provided to or received from Stripe, Link, and related payment infrastructure as necessary to process and support transactions.
Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

We may disclose information where you specifically request, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
11. We Do Not Sell or Rent Contact Lists
Zirga Group LLC does not sell or rent customer or subscriber email lists or contact information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
This does not prevent us from:
- using subscriber information within Zirga Group LLC and its brands as described in this Policy;
- using service providers that process information on our behalf;
- using analytics and advertising platforms as described in this Policy; or
- making disclosures required or permitted by law.
12. Information Entered Into Safe Harbor Family Products
Safe Harbor Family products may include worksheets, forms, checklists, and planning materials that encourage you to record personal, financial, health-related, insurance, family, account, or other sensitive information.
Safe Harbor Family does not automatically receive or store information that you type, write, or record in copies of our downloadable PDF products on your own computer, device, or printed pages.
That information remains under your control unless you separately choose to send it to us.
You are responsible for determining how completed materials are stored, secured, shared, printed, or backed up.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business purposes.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and may include time necessary to:
- fulfill products and services;
- provide customer support;
- maintain transaction records;
- maintain unsubscribe records;
- comply with accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements; and
- protect against fraud or abuse.
We may retain certain information for a longer period where required or permitted by law.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it.
14. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information under our control against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
These measures may include access restrictions, secure hosting practices, protected credentials, encryption where appropriate, and other security measures.
No website, database, email system, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, while we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.
We may also retain information where permitted or required by law, including transaction records, legal records, fraud-prevention information, and records necessary to honor an opt-out request.
Where applicable law gives you a right to appeal or use an authorized representative, we will handle such requests in accordance with applicable law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third parties before providing personal information to them.

Our websites, products, and services are intended for adults age 18 and older.
They are not designed for or directed to children.
If you are under 18, you should not submit personal information to us or purchase our products.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
